It used to be that Electrosonics could absorb a part of the real cost associated with technical integration with the sale of hardware and software items. However, the tremendous price drops of computer products have resulted in less profit dollars per machine to absorb parts of the actual technical costs of installation, integration and support.

Clearly, the business of selling computers has evolved and Electrosonics has had to evolve with it. The purchase price of computer hardware and software no longer includes installation and on-going support services. A separate purchase of appropriate installation and /or support contracts would be required for Electrosonics services. As a result, we now charge separately outside the hardware / software cost for all services provided. The end result to you is an even lower investment for products and a realistic investment for services.
