To permanently disable Outlook's Auto Preview option you can: Click on the "view" menu Select the "Current View" menu pick Select and click on the "Customize Current View" Click on the "Other Settings..." button In the AutoPreview section, select the "No AutoPreview" radio button Click on the OK button to save your changes
