How to request service:
  1. Phone 586-415-5555 to schedule a service request or for technical support.
  2. All service visits and support calls generate a service order number and are scheduled or served based on available technicians.
Investment:

Services are billed at the standard rate plan. Telephone services minimum ¼ hour. Depot and on-site service incur a minimum 1hr billing. On-site visits incur a vehicle charge plus port to port billing. Evening, weekend and holiday work performed is at premium rates. Contact your Electrosonics Business Solutions Consultant for details.

  1. Call 586-415-5555; identify your service plan number to our Service Coordinator.
  2. During regular business hours your are immediately connected to our service department and/or you are scheduled for an immediate (within 4 business hours) on-site service visit.
  3. After standard business hours a special hot line is available to you that alerts our technical staff of your service request.
  4. You are called back and arrangements for either on-site or remote services are made.
  5. Your emergency services (such as "server down" conditions) get the utmost top priority attention.

You are issued a unique account number expressly designed for your service plan option selected. The Priority Service plan is available to physical accounts in a 75-mile radius of Electrosonics and via electronic service anywhere in the world. Services are available on-site, via telephone, on-line, via Internet or at Electrosonics. Contact your Electrosonics Business Solutions consultant for enrollment details.

On-site visits incur a vehicle charge plus port to port billing.

The Priority Service plan requires an annual expiring minimal retainer investment that would secure your availability of Electrosonics trained and qualified technicians to perform your services. Listed below are the investments available to you. Note that significant discounts are built into Priority Service retainer. All Priority Service plan retainers are billed in advance. As we perform services, the account balance is drawn down based on: discounted billings time consumed. Draw downs are based on telephone services minimum ¼ hour. Depot and on-site service incur a minimum 1hr draw down. On-site visits incur a vehicle charge plus port to port draw downs. Evening, weekend and holiday work performed is at premium rates. Moneys left over in the retainer account expire one year after inception and become property of Electrosonics. Exhausted retainers can be replenished and a new expiration date is set for the new amount.

Senior’s Apprentice Assistant to Senior Technician (less experience than the Senior  Expert, however these individuals perform services as required by the Senior Expert.)
Software Services: Application software install, troubleshoot, training
Hardware Services Installation, upgrades, moves & changes, repairs, remove components / replace components
Internet / Intranet Installation, set-up, integrate, troubleshoot, E-mail

Warranty Service:

For warranty services, most manufacturers offer as standard next business day service. Services requested above the standard manufacturers warranty would consume moneys from the ESP Service Plan retainer for time spent, travel to and from site and any expedited shipping investments. All time is based on port to port.
