Part of the enjoyment of owning a PC is the proper operation of all hardware. For New Systems.... A standard depot warranty coverage is included with your new computer purchase. This means that should warranty service be required, you bring the unit in to Electrosonics for repairs.

Warranty services for add-on products not purchased at Electrosonics are not included -- including the re-integration of non-Electrosonics provided products.

Optional On-Site Hardware Maintenance
Should you desire on-site hardware maintenance, for your new Alliance TM computer system, an optional plan can be provided for a minimal investment per system. This optional on-site warranty coverage is available for locations within a 65 mile radius of Electrosonics. This optional on-site warranty coverage includes Grade C technical level services, travel to site, on-site hardware replacement of the following components only: Original invoice base system - including Keyboard, Motherboard, Memory, CPU, Video Card, Floppy Drive(s), Hard Drive, network cards, controllers and the display monitor if selected. Services beyond Grade C level incur applicable technical service fees.
Because this optional hardware maintenance is coordinated with warranty service, it does not cover hardware replacement due to physical damage, lightning, floods, and units not protected by surge suppresser. Replacement of components due to physical damage, lightning, floods, and units not protected by surge suppresser incur standard component charges and standard installation fees.
The investment for optional on-site hardware maintenance services are listed below. In all cases, the higher amount as described below is used.

Note:
In all cases, Data back-up, data restoration and the data recovery are the responsibility of the end user. Alliance Product Service Warranty does not include data recovery for non-functioning disk or crash recovery, data transfers, back-up or data restoration services. Alliance Product Service Warranty does include the loading of station operating system and station Windows operating system using the standard default configurations as supplied by the operating system manufacturer disk(s). The fine tuning of operating systems and custom configurations are the responsibility of the end user or the end user may contract with Electrosonics to perform fine tuning, which would incur the applicable technical service fees. The applicable technical service fees also apply for all data transfers, all server re-setup or all station network re-connects and all fine tuning of computers. The applicable technical service fees are based on the Qualified Service Level of the Technician that is requested by the end user regardless of what services were performed.
