How to get service or repairs on computers

Electrosonics Technical Service Center has six full-time skilled technicians that are ready to fix your problems -- quickly!! We use a logical "Fault Analysis" process to help isolate and determine what is causing computer problems. Should the problem be determined to be A ETS provided product / hardware warranty there would be no charge for the problem determination and fix.

Should the problem be user inflicted, standard fees are charged for determining and fixing "user inflicted" problems. Fine-tuning a operating system configurations, dll file work, downloading latest drivers and fine tuning of application configuration files are not hardware warranty and also incur an investment by the user for services.

Notebook Computers: Electrosonics or the manufacturer handles all warranty processes at Electrosonics Technical Service Center or via Overnight Express to the Factory Repair Center. Some manufacturers only allow factory warranty service on notebooks.

Desktop/ Mini-Tower/ Server Computers:

For many new systems, depot service (you bring in) is standard. An optional on-site service contract can be purchased with your new computers through Electrosonics.
