ARCserve is a complete backup solution providing our client's peace of mind concerning their backup needs. ARCserve runs as an NT service tightly integrating backup software with your operating system environment. This allows clients to dedicate their time to their daily tasks, leaving ARCserve to do its work on its own.

As operations change in your work environment, so does your directory structure. New directories are added and old directories are deleted. This requires adaptations by the users who need to access new and different work areas on the Windows NT server. As your environment changes it is also necessary to change the ARCserve "JOB" to reflect the new work environment.

We can also provide you with a pre scheduled contract that allows our qualified ARCserve technicians to come to your site on a pre scheduled basis and edit your backup script to reflect any changes that may have been made since last configuration.
